1. "Thought a "team" was more than on person. 2. When told Dr on site could administer injection asap - didn't expect to be told at desk 6-8 wks. 3. After referring back within minutes to team member was told she would arrange asap. Contact me in few days - didn't expect 3 wks later I would be contacting "team" for info from which told 24 hrs - waited 48 hrs.

I saw Simon the physiotherapist hoping that he could help with my back pain. Although he was very thorough it was decided that whet I was doing myself, on a day to day basis, was worth continuing. Simon was very professional and caring. I have no complaints.
